NetService Pricing
NetLegal offers free registration for users and there is no charge to view documents in your
case. You are only charged for the documents served. The price to serve a document is:
- Electronic service $9 per document
- Fax service $9 per filing up to 10 pages plus $.20 for each additional page
* These prices will decrease as a firm’s volume of documents served increases.
NetDockets Pricing
The costs to use NetDockets are:
- Party Search $4.00
- Case List $3.00
- Case View $2.00
- Case Subscription with Notification $3.00 per month
- Party Alert $4.00 per month
- P.E.I. Court Report (delivered weekly) $240 per year
To access NetDockets online you must set up a prepaid account on NetLegal. Your monthly invoice will show your transactions associated with any client code specified by the user.
Billing Options
NetLegal has flexible billing options to meet your firm’s needs. Firms can set up a positive
draw down account that can be automatically replenished when it reaches a certain level. This
replenishment can be automatically withdrawn from a firm’s general account using an “electronic
funds transfer” or withdrawn from the firm’s credit card. A preferred firm discount of $1 per
transaction is available for firms that set up a prepaid positive draw down account. Approved
firms can also elect to be invoiced on a monthly basis.
As a new Preferred Supplier to the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) and its
provincial/territorial Branches, NetLegal is pleased to offer CBA members a $1 discount off
all filings served electronically or by fax using NetLegal. This discount can be combined with
the prepaid account discount for even more savings.
Disbursements
Your firm’s Power User can run a customized disbursement report with the firm’s rates to provide
detailed usage information.
